Hello folks, been awhile since I was here. The cruise control on my 2003 was acting funny, it was as tho it had a delayed reaction. I'd press the "set" button, speed would fall off, then slowly come back to where it was set. I've read a couple things about leaking vacuum lines, does this sound like a symptom ? Where/how would I look for this ?
The last few days the cruise won't work at all, and I have a little trip coming up, I sure would like to fix it.
Thanks for the help.

Thanks very much for all that, I'll be in shade on a concrete floor tomorrow so I can get to looking. I haven't heard the pump running,m but then I haven't been under the truck with the cruise on, I'll go look at that now.

Found the pump, it was running, got it disconnected. I see the small hard plastic hose, it comes across the engine compartment, makes a right turn towards the front, then goes under the driver side battery. I can't see where it goes from there. I didn't hear or feel any leaks on what I could find so far. Where does it go when it runs under the battery ? Can the whole hose be ordered as a complete part ? I guess I'll check Geno's. Looks like there's a couple of us going at this. THANKS very much for the help.
