Is that a vacuum or electric unit? I can see a cable running under the drivers battery tray to a canister. Havent look if a vacuum line is thier or a electrical cord. How can I tell the difference? Need to know for ecm replacment. Thanks.

If you have a cable running to a canister under the drivers side battery then you have vacuum controlled cruise control.

Yeah, I thought I had read somewhere (maybe in my FSM?) that the only trucks in these years that got the electronic cruise were the HO/6 spd. trucks-everything else got the old standby vacuum operated.
