I have found it to be ECM related,No codes found.

I also only have issues due to the XZillaraider, and its only sporadic surging.

I use it all the time. It holds my speed within 1 mph. The only complaint is, it is programed to increase the speed 2 mph when increasing speed with the resume button. I then must press the coast button to decrease the speed 1 mph.
