Have had the servo for a few months waiting for a bit warmer weather. Supposed to be 60! this weekend. I've heard it takes about 3 - 4 hours (in the driveway w/hand tools) is that close? I have the DC shop manual I've looked at it. Looks like the toughest thing is the battery & tray. Also did a search and looked at other posts. Any suggestions from previous Servo masters welcomed. Thanks.

change cruise control

hi JOE MAC i changed mine 3 months ago . not to difficult to get the battery box out . think i remember one bolt down under the fender . there is a clip that holds the cable from the throttle cable to the servo . pull the cable back at the servo end to expose the clip . i didnt disconnect the cable at the throttle end as the manual says , instead i wedged the throttle open with a screw driver to lengthen the cable at the servo , makes it easier to install the clip. hope this helps . good luck. Oo. Oo. Oo. :) :)

I had mine out to check it and it prolly 1-1 1/2 hours max. Take out battery box and dont forget the bolts under the fender (its easier if you take out the battery first hehe) then unplug it, un bolt it and unhook it then put it back.
