Cruiser by Crossroads

I posted this over on a RV website but got little feedback. I am looking to buy our first fifth wheel, and been looking at a cruiser model by crossroads. Does anyone have any experience with this model and brand. I'd like to get some input before I take the plunge. My price range is in the mid 20's and I need bunks. The 28' falls right in there.



Also, when I bought my truck, I knew the invoice price and was able to negotiate relative to that. Does anyone know where I can find the same info for an RV. What would a fair price be for a trailer that lists for 25,995.

Check out RV. Net and do a search because I've personally read a ton of info on the CC over there. Also, I checked one out in person and they seem like a well built unit for the price. I may have considered purchasing one myself but due to CC using a short queen bed I chose the Wildcat instead.

Ask to drop the price by 20%. Standard rule of thumb. Then go from there.

Never owned one, or even gotten a good look at one, but they are rated pretty high by RVCG. I would push for 25% off MSRP, that is about the best you could hope for. If you can't get the dealer to do that 20% is a good deal. If he won't go 20% look for other dealers. It never hurts to shop the internet and get prices from other dealers to strengthen your barganing position.
