Cryo treating??

Who does it? I would like to get new rotors and have them cryo treated. I am tired of my rotors warping and my front brakes making the truck shudder everytime I roll to a stop.



I have heard cryo treating does wonders at preventing warping. Any one else have any experience with this? Any ideas on $$$ involved?

I don't know about the price, but you might want to look for a aerospace machine shop in your area. The company I used to work for did it all the time when it was called for rather than heat treating. Most large machine shops don't have adds in the phone book so I would go to a airport and ask where they are. Try an aircraft repair shop at the Portland international airport.
