C'Springs TDR X-mas Party Convoy, 5-Dec - 1015 am

Fellow 'Springs TDR bubbas -

Like the Cheytown crowd is doing we're also setting up a convoy up to the Christmas Party on Sunday, 5 Dec. We're meeting at 10:15 am, at the Sears parking lot on the West side of Chapel Hills Mall. We'll plan to roll at ~ 1030 am, for a smooth convoy up to the party. I imagine a couple of us will arrive at the parking lot a lilttle early to start the bench racin' that much earlier... . I will watch for the smoke signals coming from both directions that morning as I am crusing over to Bennetts to set up. This is gonna be a good time. We got at least 20 people committed at this time. Oo. Oo.

Tim - It was your post about your own convoy that gave me the idea :-laf - very good idea dude.



Mike - we'll try to keep the FAA off our backs as a result of the smoke - hopefully they won't have to reroute any aircraft from DIA!



- Lookin' good fellas - I think I have about 6-10 folks from my area alone coming. Mike, I pinged each of 'em about chow - I should know in a few days. Chuck wagon for me at least - sounds good.

6 Days and counting!- Got the rig full of #2 and we're ready to hit the road and eat some good holiday BBQ! Oo.



... . by that time my system should have recovered from thanksgiving :-laf ... ...



C'Springs amigos - Just a reminder: Dec 5, 10:15 am, Sears service center, Chapal Hills Mall - convoy to depart at ~ 10:30 am for Benetts BBQ in Denver. I'll probably be at Sears at around 10 am - look for a really ugly green/tan '93 D250.

I may be joining the convoy to Denver as well, weather permitted, but it look favorable. Can't wait as it seems like there is going to be a good turnout.

fly by's en-route to Denver...?

Any folks want us to pull off and hook up with you on our way up to Denver? We can arrange to pull off at certain exits, pick up more rigs, regroup and press on for Denver. If anyone wants us to stop for a fly by let us know and we'll be sure to keep the convoy growing!



Looks like we have over 10 rigs coming from the 'Springs Oo. ... and that's just the folks who've posted. Just talked to Mike L. up in Denver and it looks like we're going to fill the room - fantastic! Going to be a great event, and I can safely say this is just the beginning. We already have 3 more events planned for the Spring with others in the rafters... but you'll have to come have some lunch to get the details :-laf

- RMTDR Holiday lunch party reminder -

RMTDR members and friends,



Just a reminder about what's going on at the 5 Dec RMTDR Holiday lunch party:



1. A Good Bar-B-Que lunch.

2. A White elephant gift exchange among members. Bring a wrapped gift with a $20 limit.

3. Accepting toy donations for Childrens Hospital. Bring an unwrapped toy if you wish and I will deliver them the next day.

4. Raffle tickets for the doors everyone has been talking about. Also TDR and vendor donations.

5. Lots of good fellowship and fun.
