Got an issue guys...

I am getting rid of the cleaning business. A deal that I had worked out with someone to take over my major accounts has gone sour...

This leaves me in a jam with keeping the shop in Derby. Might have to be out of there by April 1st...

Headshot zod; are you still coming on up? I'd like to show you that WVO tank I had started working on. The Copper heating coil is laid in, and the gaging senders (Quantity and Temperature. ) are in. All I need to do is Pressure test the coil, and then get some 3/8 inch Aluminum tubes for the WVO pick up and return. Add a few more zip ties and some Sealant, then get the top rewelded. Truck mods after that Moose00

If it came down to it, ideas may be thrown around to keep the shop, Like guys who wanna use it can be part of a dues (Read: pay the rent) paying TDR club. Its in such a good location it would suck to loose. It may be complicated to have so many people on the lease, (if there were going to be many) And complications may come up with who gets to use it and when, But maybe talks can be formed and we can all work something out. Place cant be too much a month can it Mark? I dont have a garage where my truck fits so If I wanted to do something on a Wed night and I can pull it down there and get it taken care of it would be worth the $$ a month for me to have a stake in it.

I wont be up there this week I have a Benifit dinner to attend, But Ill keep an eye out for other ideas and scuttlebut on the subject... .

Sorry to hear about the buisness end of the deal also Mark.

Looks like I'll be blowing through a lot earlier more like 1-2 pm. I'll have to reschedule. Maybe when my kit is installed I can make another Fri night.

The current lease is up in August of 07...

Its def. something we will have to sit down and hammer out some details. Get the most active guys and even the not so active guys and come up with something.

It seems like our Chapter is so strong and active because of the common meeting place which is also a good place to wrench, etc. You cant get that hanging out at a Dunkin donuts every friday and autozone dosent let you work on your car in there lot :-laf

I dont know what the easy solution is but 625 Divided by a large group like ours isnt too bad. May even give some more motivation to come hang out and wrench.

I hope Im not out of line here, but just trying to brainstorm something because April 1 isnt too far away.

Sorry Guys I havn't been able to think much. I just got myself all stitched up after putting a 1. 25 Brand new chisel thru my left hand. Yep from where the thumb crevass starts 3/4 to the wrist and 3/8th deep. Which really sucks because I may need surgurey on my right wrist as I poped a tendon last week. So if my posts start to get all weird it's because I am left to type with my elbos. #@$%!



HOWEVER Mark does have a good point. If the burdon shifts that will indeed suck. BUT all is not lost here. What if the shop worked for itself along with some sort of suplementary dues??
