Howdy yall

I got my new to me 92 D350 today. It sure is nice! I've been looking for a truck after I sold the W350 I had to Todd. Found this one on the local car lot, drove it,said I'll take it but I want the Odometer fixed on it. It took all week to get the part etc but they got it in and working today! Oo. It's got 88k original miles, new paint, newly rebuilt rearend, new clutch, throwout bearing, pressure plate, new Western hauler flatbed etc :D The only thing that don't work on the truck is the radio. I poped some pictures of it here in our yard right when I got home for a minute. Had a feller offer to buy it this evening already  Though I did tell him a price he said that's a little to high for me. Well here are some pictures for yall,I just had to show it off :p

I'm not trying to crash your party, but this sound suspicious to me.

It is a clean looking truck, though.

Great looking truck, but I'm with KWeber on the 'original miles'. Never pay the premium if it is slightly higher priced cause of 'low miles'. How many miles were put on it with the odometer not working? These od's can be swapped, switched, unhooked etc so never trust a old Dodge pickup's odometer.

Edit: wow, only 88k ? Why all the new paint, rearend, clutch etc. ? Ah heck its a great truck sorry to be so grumpy:p

Jimbo,

I saw your truck and thought that it looked a lot like the one I had seen on AutoTrader.com. Then I saw where you lived and realized it WAS the same one!! Nice ride!

Thanks yall

The owner before the car lot I got it from is my Dad's first cousin that we haven't seeen in years and then we find out that he owned this truck :p He's a older gentleman that has a farm,we called and talked to him and got his ideas and all about the truck. He said that he used it to pull his cattle trailer and hay trailer with it. He said the OD broke right after he got it but he kept track as close as he could of the miles on it. He said he planned on keeping the truck so he said he went ahead and done the clutch etc on it. Said then that one of the axle bearings was making a little noise so he said he went ahead and rebuilt the rearend completely knowing that in the long run he would have to do it anyway. It's never been messed with, completely stock. Seeing how I haven't owned it long at all I'm really causious about everything on the truck. Oo. Yes it was the truck on the AutoTrader :) It was on a car lot here in town. Thanks for the comments

WOW! That thing looks a lot like a truck we just got down in that area, only this one was 4wd and black... . :D

Nice looking ride Jimmy - I bet it rides a bunch smoother than TJ's brick, ja? :-laf

Take care amigo,

- Sam

hehe Ya it does look similar don't it :p I like this one better than the black one,it's a lot cooler, rides a lot smoother and it's a stick. Now I just need to get to know more about these things and get a intake "kit" from a certain person*wink wink* I think this one will remain stock for a good long while other than a air intake Oo. People still swerve away from the truck when they look up and see how dang big and wide it is :-laf I love it
