Cubby hole measurements

This may seem like a strange question but, I'm at work (Africa) and I'm making a plate for my cubby (Gauges) hole. :{ Could one of you gentlemen get me the measurements of the cubby hole (length+width). See I told you these was a strange request. This will save me from asking the Misses and ending up with the wrong measurements.

That's a really complicated question. The cubby is not exactly rectangular with rounded corners. Nor is it flat. The whole dash is slightly rounded as is the face of the cubby so I really don't know how I can help you.
