OK... Lots of thing that you need to describe first before we can help you out.

1) How much oil are you using over what time period? How fast are you going through a quart?

2) Any external leaks or oil build up? If so, where are they located?

3) Any evidence of blow-by? Is there smoke or oil coming out of the breather, dipstick, etc?

4) Have you checked to see if an oil supply or return line off the turbo could be leaking?

5) Have you checked the turbo itself for evidence of bearing or seal failure?

6) Does the truck run OK? Any exhaust smoke, what color, and under what conditions?

Start with these and see if we can narrow it down a little for you.

we live south of you... we dont know what those numbers mean..... dont worry. . you will get an answer soon. . this is a great web site... ... and welcome also:)

Yes check the turbo.

Did it start all of a sudden or did it gradually build up to that amount.

Are there any oil leaks? Do you see blue smoke in the exhaust?

Prairie Dog means you have two posts going with the same question. .

This oil consumption is excessive and not normal.

Like was mentioned, easy things first, check inlet and outlet side of turbo (internally) for signs of oil residue. Make sure turbo oil return line is not kinked while you are there.

This amount of oil should show up somewhere. Are there any major oil leaks?

Was rear main seal dry at transmission shop?

If you rev engine up in neutral to about 2000rpm (and hold steady)do you start to see smoke at the exhaust ?
