Cummins beige paint avail in spray cans?

With my head off, the block and other parts are looking like easy access for some paint. I'd like to paint the whole engine Cummins Beige (yellowish) in response to our own Comp461's quote:

I was sick to have to go back to work on my Cummins tractor motor.

Give it that industrial Cummins tractor motor look :-laf . Anyone tell me if I can get Cummins beige in spray can form?

you can i saw it at my local paint/napa shop says cummins beige right on the lid ill stop by and get the paint code for ya if ya want

Edit: might have found it on the net. Duplicolor part number DE 1638. I'll try NAPA and other places that sell Duplicolor paint tomorrow.

cumins usually has it in stock, much better than the other stuff. its thick and seems to be very good paint

Bill, I use NAPA/Martin Senour in spray cans PN 79033 Cummins Beige at the garage as all the bus engines are this color.

I may have a couple of cans of Cummins "marine white" which is off white. . perhaps it's the beige you describe.

I can check the part number on the can tonight.

I think it's crappy paint though... but that's my opinion.

Valve covers or paint cans? One valve cover. Paint- however many it would take to paint the block, head and valve covers in the truck. Probly won't be the best paint job, but give me something to do while its down. B.

If you want the authentic original Cummins tractor engine color, go to a Case/IH outlet and get the orange color of the older Cases or the yellow of the industrial line of Cases or the red of the International line. The beige color was what Cummins used for some time on power unit engines. The beige weathers about as good as any of the others. Way back when Case was still just Case, they used flambeau red on the engines. That is a good color as well. It looks real good under the hood. We put a four cylinder Case engine in a white Scout in about 1979.

GL, I'd like to get a valve cover with oil fill cap and blue C on it. Could I just 'glue' one on?
