OK heres the scoop on the Cummins chrome parts. P/n 3804732, valve cover kit is No Longer Available as a kit. The individual p/n are as follows - 6 of 3098773 washers, 6 of 3932369 bolts and 6 of 3932368 valve covers. The bolts and washers are stainless steel.
P/n 3804733 , air intake manifold is NLA as a kit. The kit consist of 6 of 3098772 washers, 3 of 3932371 bolts, 2 of 3932372 bolts , 1 of 3932373 bolt, and 1 3932370 air intake manifold.
The heater tube kit ,p/n 3804734 is still available. There are only 3 left at the warehouse in Memphis.
The last kit , p/n 3804735, is the upper alternator mounting bracket. It is NLA as a kit either. The kit consists of 1 of 3098772 washer, 1 of 3098773 washer, 1 of 3932379 bracket, 1 of 3932380 bolt and 1 of 3932381 bolt. The gaskets for the valve covers and the intake are the same as the stock ones. You could have the bolts and washers chromed locally but it makes the socket fit real tight on the bolt head and then the chrome peels off. The valve cover bolts are a special shape- the rest of the bolts are normal.
OK Heres where it gets interesting. If you talk "real nice"

to the parts guy at Cummins ( and I mean at the Cummins Distributor, not a dealer - like Freightliner etc. ) and ask them to order them from SR Sales ( a warehouse for obsolete and slow moving parts - for all makes ) you will still be able to buy the individual parts. It will cost a lot more this way than it would have if you could still buy the kits but you will be able to get them. Oo. I can't help you on pricing as I am in Canada, but I know of one guy up here who bought all the pieces this way and it was almost a grand.
