Cummins Head Part #3991773 is for what year truck?

Anyone know what year truck this is for?

I did some looking around for you on this, and it is diffacult to search for a cummins part number, then see what year Dodge it fits in. All I can see is, the head is for a Common Rail, but not an 05. If somone can get a ESN for an 03 motor I can check to see if it will work... .
