Cummins in 2003 F-450

A friend told me that he heard the F-450 would be optioned with the Cummins diesel anyone heard any thing about this?

hmm... if it were true, it would be nice... but ford and navistar and quite close... don't think it'll happen

Right now you can get the Cummins ISB in the 650-750 Fords.

yeah, you can also get the cat 3126 in the 650 & 750... the 250 - 550 are the "light" duty trucks. . when you go to the 650 and bigger, that falls into medium duty i believe, and engine options open up. . i remember reading that air brakes are avalable in the 6/750's. .

550 a light duty?

Have you seen the rear axle in those things? This at least is NOT light duty.
