Funny that they waited 10y to claim the trucks are out of compliance on "some" drive modes... Must've took them that long to find a drive scenario that produced the alleged NOx levels... Makes it almost impossible for engineers to test and validate EVERY possible combination of throttle inputs and emission's outputs that may someday be deemed as "reasonable"... I hope they do the same for powerplants that provide juice for the coal powered cars so that the they have to deal with the startup emission's that contribute to pollution when they plug their cars in.
