Well, seeing as how it's still in the BOX, that shouldn't be much of a problem...

This is all because no1 makes a turbo to handle the tst
No... no one makes a single turbo (yet) that can handle 600+HP... there are plenty of options for the 500HP range. If I remember your last incarnation of what you want your truck to look/perform/smell like, you're looking for 450HP. A DD Jammer, a wastegated B1, an EEP single, all will handle that without a problem. Beyond that, I know of at least three separate twin-turbo setups that will handle every bit of fuel the TST can squeeze out of the fuel system (your head gasket is another story).

Of course, you can always sit back and keep accumulating parts. Maybe one day the pile will reach a critical mass and assemble themselves into a lowered, quad-turbo, 1200HP beast running 37" tires, with no tow hitch, rear bumper, or spare tire.

I like X's crazy ideas... they keep me thinking. I have a great affinity for technical topics, and his posts frequently get technical fast. :)

I dunno. . Do you really want to go to a larger turbo Nick? It'll just add weight to your truck. Maybe you should find a turbo off of a VW TDI or something. .

Just drop the whole L10 in there and you won't have to modify the ATS manifold. You may have to drive from the back seat though.

Turbo Upgrade

Nick,

What did you find out about the turbo? Will it fit with some modification? Is there enough flow?
