OK - 3 pointers to a hosting outfit - but NO

Pursuit Truck" vid?

IT's always a good idea to check your own online pointers after posting - to verifyy they do what you THINK they will! :)

Worked for me. The trick is to scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on the "Free" button. The only problem with that is, it only lets you download one file every 3 hours unless you pay them money.

Just observations...

Lots of hoops to jump thru for a 50 MBYT vid file - several minutes download time on DSL, must be a killer for dialup users!

Also, wonder if that truck is ligit - or just a LEO wannabe?

Interesting...

Must have took you several minutes to think of reasons to NOT d/l it..... geesh one in every room... .....

over 2700. 00 in lights

Are you a police officer or did you just do that for fun? If you are I bet camaros and mustangs are surprised when your right next to them at 110mph... ... ... .

SOME folks go outta their way finding reasons to be offended - you musta worked overtime on this one!

Relatively new users here sometimes forget that many members are on slow speed dialup connections, and lengthy files are pretty prohibitive for their access - also, users normally provide pointers that go direct to the intended video, not a service signup/subscription webpage...

My comments were intended to be helpful - I will make sure to never offer you any more of them in the future... ;)

You're welcome...

WHY????? I would never use my own truck at work. im assuming you own it.

How can you keep insurance on that thing if used during "pursuit" you personal insurance policy on your very exspensive vehicle would be void.

As you know in a pursuit, people tend to crash and god forbid get hurt. Insurance would be a good thing in such an event.

If its an "undercover" vehicle as your sig says why not just hide some LED's in the grill or on the dash like it used to be? Maybe strobes in the OEM lens, maybe a flipdown on the visors? Ive seen lots of covert police vehicles but never any with as many lights as you have with big POLICE letters down the sides.

Is it safe to say you work in a rural area where a 4x4 vehicle would be needed in a "pursuit". I would not want to be in a pursuit in a CTD, sure its got power but not so great on the curves/brakes.

Im sorry but it seems like not the correct platform for some nice light/LED tecnology. Unless you were a vender selling this equipment to PDs. I guess you guys in Texas are allowed to use your POV's at work?

Well who ever said practical has to =fun? So on second thought good job.

NO offesne taken Gary. I am an actual officer, the truck is insured commercially and was only 15 bux a month more than non commercial. I use it mainly undercover and for dummies that try to go where cruisers wont go. Also use it where low water crossings tend to be and block road or help pull people out.

Gary, you are correct in that I didnt think of our many members that dont have a high speed connection. Thats why I changed the way the vids could be seen. Please continue with the helpful advise.

Thanks!

Looks good. :D

Is it a bit hard to be undercover with POLICE on the side? They use a LOT of plain wrappers up here. Even a red Avalanche.

Is such a tall bumper a problem to tap vehicles to force them off of the road? Seems like a short car might be an issue.
