Cummins Powered Dodge SUV, somday?

I think that is would be cool if DC designed an SUV like a Flord Excursion or mid 90's Chevy Heavyduty Suburban. It would be a big SUV on a 2500 frame, 4x4 (of course), with choices of either manuals or the auto.
AND IT WOULD ONLY BE CUMMINS POWERED, maybe gas so that we have something more to race, but mostly CUMMINS. #ad

The word I've heard and read in the press is that financially strapped DC has killed the Ram 'Suburban'.

Darn shame, I too was looking forward to it.

They sell fullsize Ram SUVs in mexico... i think it's still called a Ramcharger, 4 doors too.
As far as the diesel goes, Detroit is working on the 4. 5L Delta V6 for the durango.

I would love to have the cummins 4 banger available in the dakota and durango,I think it would be one of the most economacle as well as being envro frendly,dont know how hp and torque is but it would be a ball to BOMB #ad

U know, if DC would look around at what the competition is doing and stop being content with what they have, they would not be financially strapped. DC would instantly outsell ford and chevy combined if they made a 4-door full size truck and a cummins powered suv, like ford did w/excursion. Does anybody know why DC is hesitating? It seems like a no-brainer to everyone, so is there some kind of legal action preventing these moves or what? sorry for the long post #ad
