What is with Cummins' website these days? It is either super slow or down all the time. Anybody else notice the same problem?

As far as I can remember its been slow. I rarely goto it due to the speed. And I am on a cable modem, so its their end not mine. Its been that way every since I have been a member here which is about a year and half.
