cummins quick check

Does anyone know if a Palm M105 work with the quick check program? I called Cummins and they had no idea.

answer

palm III and newer will run your quickcheck. You can use the palm II with HandEra cumputing devices, but NOT with Handspring. the long and short of it is Palm III and newer are a safe bet.

Well, the software will probably run, but the case of the 105 probably won't fit in the adapter. Here's the page that shows you what will work with it: http://quickcheck.cummins.com/quickcheck/palmcompatibility/index.cfm

I use a Palm VII with mine, and it works fine. (Got it on EBay)

Funny you should mention that...

I called Cummins today also. They told me that Quick Check would'nt work with any of the M-series Palms. I drove all over town looking for a IIIc. Everyone told me that the III series has been discontinued. I'm still hoping maybe I can find one in stock somewhere.

i have a palm V and use it a lot. but what is a cummins quick check? what kind of data will it give me and how fast is the payback for a $299 software/hardware kit?
