Cummins quickserve

I enrolled it the cummins quickserve that is advertised here. Everything went well UNTIL I tried to enter the site after enrolling. at this point it says that my userid and password don't match or my info is expired. the Userid works to request a new password but I have not heard anything back about a new password after 2 tries this afternoon. THis system is as bad as the crap system that I have to use @ work (at least I can get help @ work)

I found that if you don't pay for the super access, the free Quickserve is pretty much useless. I'd love it if someone could show me otherwise.
