Cummins survey, free cab plates

A month or so back, someone posted a link to the Cummins site and if you filled out the survey on the Cummins/Dodge Ram, they would send you a cab plate. Did anyone ever get the cab plate? I sent an e-mail to Cummins recently, thinking that my name and address had fallen into the crack someplace. They replied that they were unaware of the survey and asked who was supposed to supply the cab plate. ? I know my memory is slipping, but I am pretty sure that I recall seeing the survey on the Cummins site and did fill it out. Does anyone recall this survey and perhaps have the link?

Cummins Cab Plate

The survey has a deadline of Nov. 2003. Also the site referenced above says that in Dec. 2003, someone will be drawn for a leather bomber jacket from Cummins/Dodge Ram with their logos. Get em while they are hot. Here is the link to the page describing the plate and jacket info.

Thanks for the link. Interesting survey. Some of the questions suggest that Cummins needs to defend itself with Dodge, for continued availability of the Cummins in their pickups. I wonder if this has to do with the DC taking their diesel engine production inside instead of buying from Cummins. I know DC and Cummins have a contract through about 2007, but could DC be considering breaking that deal early? Does anyone inside DC want to comment? Or is that a deep dark secret?

Notice the end of the title of that survey it is VOC2007. Must have something to do with the end of the D/C contract.

It's a Deep Dark secret to us but the survey is because of the end of the contract as the title of the it is "End Customer Survey: VOC 2007. " Now I'm wondering what VOC means. . Anyone want to take a guess? My guess is that it mean "Voice Of Consumer" or "Vote of Customer", customer meaning use the end user.
