2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Cummins survey?

I got my plate about a month ago

I filled out the survey form several months ago and did recieve the plate. By the time it arrived, I had forgoten about it.

Nope, no plate here either. Signed up for the quarterly email newsletter last year and have not received that either. Maybe there busy down there.

FWIW: I did the survey early last Fall. Got my cab plate about 5 weeks later, I had forgotten about it.

Filled out the questionaire as soon as I learned about it. No answer for me either. I do get the Cummins e-mail newsletter.

I know they fixed the survey after a little bit. The first survey didn't even ask you for you address. Maybe you filled out the first survey and not the second?



When they corrected the survey, they sent an email saying that it was corrected and to fill it out again.
