cummin's tech service bulliten's

Does any body have access to tech bulliten's from Cummin's. Primarilly looking for one that was circulated to large truck shops regarding idle times with CR engines, and causing ring failures,

No I need the tsb's from Cummin's I read the tsb in question at a kenworth store a year ago now my contact is not their so I can't get my hands on it. Chrysler claims the bulliten doesn't exist.
