Don't miss this year's Diesels On The Mountain & Truckfest! One of the largest and most action packed truck events in the country! -Drag Racing-Sled Pulling-Vendor Midway-Food & Fun-
ATS hosts a fun filled weekend this July. The 20th through the 22nd will feature an open house and onsite filming/install with the Two Guys Garage Television show. Bandimere Speedway in Morrison Colorado will then provide the venue for two days of high powered excitement as diesel trucks hit the track to lay down some rubber and throw out some smoke.

Who all is going to be here? I know it was a blast last year.

Had to miss last year cause the baby was due. This year I'm going. Looking at the entry fees I'm not sure if I'm gonna compete or watch but I'm going. An affordable package deal for the two days would be sweet.

Well, I hate to have to say this but the lul at work has put a hurt on an already tight budget and I will not be able to go. :{:{:{ I was hoping to atleast go and watch, bs, and as always learn a few things, but not this year.

Well I cant get there this year. Have to go to Buena Vista tonight and tommorrow to meet the wife and resupply her with food. She is hiking the Colorado Trail from Denver to Durango. I jokingly tried to talk her into carrying another weeks worth of food but she felt that the additional 15lbs was a bit much on top of her already 50lb load go figure. Then from there on Sunday morning I have to haul over to the Winter Park area, for, get this a team building retreat for work. Cant wait to tell the coworkers how much I appreciate them while holding hands and singing "Kumbaya"

If anyone goes faster than a 13. 99 you will need a Snell 05 helmet. The old Snell 95 rating is no good.

We'll be up the street a couple of miles at Thunder Valley for the MX National! Oh how I wish these two events weren't on the same weekend every year. :{

How was it? Who ran what? What did glhs run in the first gen? How was the turnout?

I didn't go either. Mack and I were in the Springs and her and her mom wanted to go shopping. But her mom bought me some camping gear so I was happy enough



I'm not missing the Jet Car Nationals though!

I will say that there is a first time for everything. I mean seriously, who brings a Honda Element (BOOOO!) to Truck Fest. I thought thats what imports day was for, that thing barely passes for a car just like there Avalanche wanna be Ridgeline. Things seemed to move very slowly this year for some reason. I think this event needs to become an all diesel event on one of the days instead of running with the weekly bracket racers. Oh yeah and was it ever hot. Bandimere needs to upgrade and provide some shade cover around the facility. There is definitely enough money being made.

What did glhs run in the first gen?

He sucked!:-laf

I am having a bit of a fuel/timing problem and some Getrag shifting problems. Hope to have them both worked out soon.

My best time was 14. 24 slamming on the brakes to avoid breaking out of my dial in. Left the transmission in 4th and went through the traps @ 99 mph fairly often. If I get the timing set before this test and tune on Wed. I'll be going back out.
