Click onto the proof section to watch it. http://www.thetruckexperts.com/duramax.htm . What a crock. I have yet to see any Duramax owners take any of our offers to repeat this test.

A single cab will out pull a extended cab all else being equal, engine is closer to back wheels for better weight transfer= more traction.

The video is a heap of bunk!

Take two identical trucks - put 80psi in the rear tires on one and 55 psi on the other. Guess which will outpull? Or take tires with different profiles... ... ... . there are so many ways to set up this up to guarantee "your" truck will out pull the other!

See how many Duramax owners are willing to chain up with you!!

See how much the a$$ of that chev hangs down, what was it 1000 Lbs in the box?
What num-nuts stalls a Cummins anyway??
The Ford burnt 3 months of tires off, if it hooked up it would have shot that thing into the bush. (I am not a Phord fan)

Hell, I'd try it with my 800 Lbs of blocks for winter weight against them, thing is I would probably burn my clutch out.

What a load of BS. I'd like to see what didn't make the final cut!!

Ilooked at the video and laughed for quite some time first off there is no way a lighter truck will out pull a heavier truck in a tug of war phisycaly impossible second its amazing what 4 wheel drive will do especially in low lock its a typical ploy by gm to try and doup the uninformed public into buying a truck with no track record what so ever, to try and cover their huge blunders with their passed diesels if that is what you would call them my . 02

Tug-o-war is only a contest of the 3 T's...
Tires, Traction, and Transmission. It says nothing about an engine. They were all 3 autos as I could hear. Let me get a shot at one of those Duramaxes with the ol' '93 goat and lets see what happens. Even better yet, hook the same weight trailer to both and let's see who gets to the top o the hill first!

Shows what those idiots REALLY know... spelled "CUMMINS" as "Cummings". Maybe they should go ahead and spell theirs as "Duramelt" or "Suretocrax" #ad
