Cummins Website Survey

Went to Cummins but no survey today:{

I noticed also that they didn't ask for the street address which makes the promise of a cab plate less than credible...

Won't be the first time. I answered a survey from Cummins several years ago that promised something I don't remember. What ever it was I never got it.

I heard Ford was thinking of buying International to get back into the heavy truck business.

Ford best first get into the light truck engine business better before they find themselfs out of business.

Whew, what a relief! I'm glad I'm not the only one who couldn't find the survey. For a few minutes there my ego was starting to get a complex!

Cummins is THE engine supplier for IH trucks, followed by Cat. You cannot get a Detroit, owned by Mercedes Benz which owns DC, Freightliner, and whatever else.....

The survey is back up and guess what? It now has a address line. Cummins emailed me back and said if you filled out the original survey, fill it out again. Have Fun!

I just filled it out. Most of the questions at the end were geared toward someone that already owns a Dodge, not someone who is contemplating the purchase of one.

Second time round AutoFill did most of it for me.

Quality Control ... Cummins

With all due respect, I am most happy that cummins qualitly control, planning and execution is far better on their engines, than it is on their surveys and newsletter sign ups. Keep building that wonderful engine cummins... . hire someone who is as good as you are to do what they do best . ((((grin)))).

Just did it, and it worked for me. Even autofill knew my name, address, etc. , so I didn't have to type it all out. We'll see what happens... has anyone recieved they free cab plates yet?

I got the same letter today too... ... . still doesn't give the Canadian Province or country option but I filled it out again anyway. Filled out the news letter application too... funny thing is, it gives me the Canadian options

Got the same email so this is the third time I've filled out the survey. Sure glad they build engines instead of develop web sites.

Does anyone else think that this sounds like Cummins trying to pad their numbers?!? Honestly, filling out a survey 3 times? How do you know what happened to the other two? It just sounds like Cummins will have a lot of responses, and a lot of cab plates still sitting at their warehouse... ...

Cab plates? What are you talking about? Cummins promised me the leather jacket since I am the only one on the TDR that still has a stock engine!
