Cup Holder

Ordered the Dodge cup holder from Geno's Garage, it mounts on to the end of the center console. Works great, but I am trying to make the latch on the console longer so the lid will catch. The instructions say to turn it counterclockwise with a pair of vise grips. It won't move. Has anyone done this, and any suggestions?

Grab that "pin" and unscrew it, I just put mine in Thursday... Nice. That stock one bounces coffee all over the place!

..... nice, but not anywhere near as trick as the cup holder in the autos. #ad
