curious about turbo terms

alright I am sort of new to the more technical side of these motors and thier parts. I read a lot of threads that talk about turbos and when they do they say something like htt 35/40 25 cm or something along those lines what are these numbers and why are they important

The 1st part is usally the brand , HTT , I think is High Tech Turbo , Then the confser gets worse from there , the 35 is a # thats part of the stock turbo for yrs. about 95 - into the 3rd gens. , the /40 is a highbread of the 35 , the numbers are usally refuring to the size of turbin , housing intake & exhaust , thats very basic and I'm sure missing a lot , every once and a while somebody will come up with a list that shows what turbo matches with how much HP each will handle , I'ld like to see that again , try to put in my bookmarks .
You should go to the user control pannel and fill in the info / sig. on your truck for more specific answers to ??? in future .
