Go retro. Cut them off square.

Square or miter cut. Mine are miter because I didn't want any more stack then I have to have sticking up above the bed cover... ..... Just wouldn't look right in my particular application.



I use stack condoms to prevent water entry when the truck sets. The downside is the soot that blows out all over the top of the truck. Turn-outs "may" help eliminate some of that (?)

5" stacks? 6" stacks? or 7"

looks like 5" or 6" at most for me. Unless it's jacked way up with huge tires I think 7” looks out of place.

I like the 6 inchers. Black cloud diesel has a picture of a truck like mine with 7 inch bull haulers, they kind of look cool...

You dont have to ceramic coat them... . I have been running the black powder coated stacks for 10 months and they look great. There are no signs of the coating starting to come off. .

Just got in some 7" miters these things are crazy. . will have to take a picture.

i just put on a 7'' stack under a truck a couple days ago and man it sounds mean back there behind the tire. its a full four turbo back and about 3. 5 to 4' of 7'' behind the tire. and like said its mean ill try to get a sound clip for ya all who are interested. its so low and mean. as for what stacks id put on i like the look of straight cut personaly kind of looks old school.
