Anybody know the Web site or phone number for a company that still modifies trucks with a custom crew cab from a stock truck? Can they add full size doors and the quad cab extension behind it? I recall an article and picture in a early TDR but can't find it. Thanks!

There were three places not far from you that did crew cab conversions. The only name I remember was Western Hauler in Ft. Worth. Just south of Ft. Worth on I-35W there was a coversion shop on the east side of the highway that did larger trucks and many Dodges, also just south of Cleburne there was a conversion shop. Maybe one of the guys that still live in the area can come up with a name or two.

$16,000? Shew, looks like that dream will have to wait a long while. Cumminsturbodiesel95, did you call the place linked above or somewhere else? I'm thinking of looking into a "sleeper" conversion. If you've never seen one, they look like a regular sleeper added on to the truck, only it's all open and there's a full size seat in the back with lots of room, much more than an extended cab.
