Custom exhaust, Nascar style.

These are two pics of my freshly made custom exhaust.

This is 3. 5" Chrome tips slash cut to 45* and aligned with the body of the truck to exit flush.

Here is what's going on under the truck. Had to have the muffler shop make me a custom 3" "Y-Pipe". THat is dual 3" pipe routing it's way under there. This pic was taken through the transmission mount, looking back.



Please take note also, that my truck, as per my sig, is Straight Piped!



Lots and lots of turbo noise with this setup.

Low-end power was greatly increased, and the truck just screams all the way till 3,100 RPM till it starts de-fueling. (govener starts kicking in)

That is very close to the set up that I would like, only I want it on both sides of the truck. A 4" down pipe, to dual 3 inch on each side before the rear tire. So it will end up having 4 outlets, all 3 inch. #ad




Very nice M. Makes me wish I could have afforded a 3500. Maybe someday. Is there a way you can get the sound on to the computer?
