My truck is insane!!! Throttle response is instant. She revs right up to 3000rpm no problem. It woke up the transmission, it now shifts unbelievable fast. 0-60 times are more like NOW. On my first test drive (last night)I had it in 4X4 and she spun all fours before accelerrating to warp speed

I thought I had it good with my #5 cam plate. EGT's and Boost seem to be about the same cruising down the road at 60mph, but she deffinetly wants to go much faster

It starts easier and even sounds different. I couldn't tell you why though. I have a lot more bottom end power. It feels Very responsive at low speeds and just off idle. I can't report smoke, max boost and EGT as of yet because all of my driving has been at night. I only have 4 hours of daylight yet. All of this is with stock 160 injectors. I guess replacing my faulty injector pump was really a blessing in disguise! All I can say is Thank You Piers!
Piers, maybe you could answer a few questions for me? What did you set the timing to? Any guestimates as to how much hp and torque? Would you recomend 370 injectors at a later date? (or any other injector at all?) Is this a stock govener or did you "loosen it up"? BTW I'll be replacing the TC with the one you recommended as soon as the funds allow. My compliments to the chef!
