NEW Product increase your brakes life by 20 to 30 %.

Balanced Extrude Honed Injectors

Who can make one. I know of Spearco... . Is there anyone else. If I can't get the Banks 3rd gen to fit I'll make one fit.

Looking at the Banks site it says "25% larger cooling capacity" and "10% increase in air density".

How much does this realistically effect EGT's?

Try this one?

Griffin Radiators also makes intercoolers. I believe they will do one-offs. Maybe if enough 1st gen owners showed interest/demand in one for their trucks, they would manufacture and stock them. Same with the 2nd Gen owners. Speak out... :-{}

No affiliation.

They use a number of different cores... uncluding the same core BD is using for their coolers... .

They can get any core you want!!!

FYI, their work is not cheap. An intercooler for a 2nd gen truck running twins would run ~$1500

Just an update. If any other 1st genners are interested, it looks like Griffen is my best bet. Said build date is 6-8 weeks away. If all goes well this will have 3. 5" inlet and outlet so we can use 2nd gen pipes and hoses. Overall it will be larger all the way around. Price should be $750-$1000.

Enlighten me why anyone would pay so much for an intercooler when you can have one like mine next week for $750. 00.

The 2nd gen from PDR looks bullet proof,got 2 last week and will be ordering another soon. Total bolt-in job,no fabbing required. It uses all new parts,no need to waste your time cutting up your old one to ship out the tanks.

The inlet and outlets have large beads all the way around the circumference for improved hose retention.

Yea it's only good to 870 hp, hopefully more in the future. The one you guys are getting is a tad better than mine. We saw a few things that could make it better but I still kept this one.

bd makes a third gen that is pretty nice. intercoolers are relatively easy to make, yo ucan get cores is about any size and have tanks made and welded on. I will be making my own when the time comes.
