Custom orders

I've heard that custom orders typically are only done through May, but have also heard that '07 model year production is being delayed for Dodge.



Looks like the military is going to start a drawdown in '07--according to the Air Force Times, we're subject to losing 40,000 military and civilian members, although the AF has not released details on which career fields are going to be affected (probably all) or what the mix of civilian/military cuts will be.



I've unfortunately decided to postpone buying a new truck until after I'm sure I can make the payments. Waiting for the Congress and AF leadership to let us know what they're going to do...



Does anyone know if Dodge is going to extend the custom order drop-dead date this year?



Cut the military to thank us for years of hard service, but give everyone with a TV a free box so that they can get digital signals with their outdated TV sets (many of which were purchased knowing that they'd be out of date soon)...



We'll see where this country's priorities truly lie...

As far as I know, most "open-ordering" will end about where you say - May or close to there



BUT sometime I can order longer, but just restricted to what I can order.

Well, not matter what happens, I would like to say thank you for your service. I am in the Tennessee Army National Guard, I have 15 years of total service between active and NG. If you decide to move to TN, let me know, I'm recruiting right now for the ARNG. Good luck to you and Thanks again!!!
