Custom winter guards for the Ram

Hey all you guys,
I am going to be making these winter guards for the next winter. They go in the cut-outs over the honeycomb and bolt through them. they cut all the air going into the rad from the top but air is still able to go in from underneath.
I am starting now to work out how to make them and get packaging and so forth. I will be taking these to MM and sell them there. If you are not going, I can take orders anytime.
I drive truck interstate and don't have much free time but I will be doing this as much as I can. The picture shows 4 panels and hardware.
I can sell either 2 panels and hardware for $12 or a whole set of 4 for $20 plus shipping. still looking on supplies and packaging options so if you want a set, Give me a E-mail on what you want. and I'll make one up.

Don't know, if the Sport model is the same, you can have the plastic painted if you want,... .
is the sport model the same as the chrome model?

Tim,
I guess the bolts that you can get at Home depot is the zinc/stainless kind.
the plastic is a 1/8" ABS that has a textured surface to it.

Everyone, I have 3 sets made and ready to go if you want one. I have figured oout that the shippping will be $6. 50 for anywhere so if anyone wants a set, I have some to send.

I believe the Sport models grill is a little smaller. Are those stainless steel bolts,nuts and washers?

They are the kind that you get from Home Depot /Zinc /chrome so I think they are.

I will have to go to the dealer and see if they are smaller or not. if they are, I'll have to make another template for it.
