cutting out, thottle jumps around on its own

I have been working on an 01 Ram 2500 auto, It loses control of throttle and engine cuts out,check engine light comes on, stop truck and put into neutral , rpm may jump up to 2000 rpms and back down several times, engine sounds like its missing at idle, unplugged edge ez and it has not occured within the last day of driving, getting codes p0234 p1639 p1697.

I worked a 99 auto last week if you rev it up in park would miss and pop. Driving no power and then bang all the power would be back. You could drive it for 2 or 3 days with no problems. Truck was having dead pedal everthing looked like a VP-44 but it was a map sensor?
