After installing the delete kit on 2008 6. 7, Can I just unplug the sensors instead of tie wrapping them up against frame? Just tired of the Barometric Pressure sensor throwing the DTC.
Darn, then how do I stop the Barometric Pressure Sensor from throwing code 2-3 times in a 3 hr trip??
Also, when I installed delete kit about year ago. I install pipe with no sensor ports, so sensors are just tie wrapped to frame. I didnt do anything to the EGR Acutator Plunger nor the Throttle Valve Connector. Should I take plunger out and unplug TVC?
Everything checks out except, I dont see anything like the EGR Cooler Servo nor the EGR Block off plate. I have 08 4500. I may be blind but I dont see anything like those two.
Ok, so by just following steps for the EGR Valve and throttle vale I should be good?? Also, after removing the Actuator, can I put motor back on or do I have to leave if off??
Cool deal, thx very much! Now, is it my imagination, or is my truck blowing LESS black smoke since I took the plunger out and disconnected TVC?? Note, I installed the delete pipe a year ago but never did anything with the Actuator Plunger or the TVC till a few days ago.
