I have a 95 auto (in process of a TC/VB upgrade) 160hp pump. I also have a #6 tst.
Is the delivery valves the only thing that i would have to change to run the 370 the best?
These things are pritty cool?
thanks

Iron,

The delivery valves might be enough. On some trucks the roughness is still there and a governor spring kit solves the problem.

I installed the governor spring kit before the delivery valves and that combination supported the 370's resonably well. There was only a very slight studder under 1300rpms and low power.

I would recommend getting a governor spring kit installed before you install your TC/VB. That way your shift points will only have to be setup one time.

If you are planning on making a lot of power with your truck (i. e. DB 370's), the governor spring kit will ease the stress on your transmission and help it live longer. Higher RPM shift points come with less torque which reduces clutch slippage during shifts.
