I have spoken with the dyno guys at speedworks here in the dallas area and they only have the 12th of January open. the corvette club already took the 19th.

You guys chime back and let me know what works best for you.

I worked out a deal to get the optical sensor purchased to read torque too:D

it was a thought....

That kills it for me becaue the 12th I move back to school, oh well. The 19th I will be back at school so no dyno day for me. Oh well, just as well I guess.

Andrew

I just talked to the guys at speedworks and the local corvette club has taken the 19th already.

We are stuck with the 12th. Or we can postpone longer.

I would prefer the 12th now that the 19th is taken instead of waiting longer.

The price per truck is 40 bucks. It doesnt get any cheaper than that. Dual wheel trucks are the same price. Im gonna get some local Ford guys to go if I can. They are great fellas and we always have a good time together. I need to get 20-25 trucks to go to get the 40 buck price.

Come and see my old 97 with 200,000 miles break 500HP on #2 only... . I hope!!!

Hey Steve,

It is a Sat. do you work weekends?

Don,

Yes the 12th is a Sat. My days off are Mon/Tues. Always working weekends prevents me from going to alot of get togethers but I've been wanting to get my truck dynoed for some time. Thanks for all your effort in setting this up. Hope to have my Piers HX35 on by then.

Steve

This sounds good to me. I've posted this on our local 4 wheel club to invite the Ford and GM owners to come and see just what engines are made of.

Anyone know where Speedworks is located?

Charles

Here is the address for speedworks.

Speedworks

414 Holfords Prairie Road

Lewisville, TX 75056-9581

Phone: (972) 395-9844

If coming from the south like say, from Dallas take 35 towards Denton. Exit on Business 121. turn right or East on business 121 and follow about 3 to 6 miles to Holfords Prairie Road. Turn Right on HPR and its about 1/2 mile down on the right hand side.

Don is running short on time so I offered to help him out with this thing. I'd like to get a truck count so we can plan on stuff like food etc... You can PM or email me if you're coming and I'll get a list going. If you have any ideas for this thing, please jump right in. TDR Members and non-members are more than welcome, OK OK other brands too;) :p .

This is going to be fun:D
