Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Dad's thinking of selling his '96 to get a '98, what price???

My dad is thinking of selling his '96 DRW 2 wheel drive to get a 97-98 SRW 4x4. It has 130k miles and has been meticulously maintained (he keeps a logbook), in addition it has a 5th wheel/gooseneck already installed, a aux. fuel tank and toolbox, high performance torque converter and shift kit, headache rack and grill guard. It is in GREAT shape. What do you guys think would be a fair price????

13,000-15,000 sounds fair to me with everything that one would be getting with the truck all the improvements plus the immaculate care and love he has put into it keeping log books is a real good idea and that should be a great help with the selling of his truck
