Off Roading Dakar Hummer

I've noticed a small flexible line leading to the ouboard end of the aft wheel hubs on the Hummer. Is this some sort central tire inflation system? Looked like the silver line went forward up and into the body.

Any ideas? Gotta be something simple.

Inflation system, just got another quick look. Also Robby said he had bumped the valve switch deflating the tire then ruining it. Watching the Dakar on Vs.
