No... I do not own an 03 up truck... . You may be correct. I do not know ... Reading the factory service manual for the year in question would be in order... .
I do know what the common rail system is . I am not as well versed in the newest fuel system as I should be... . but diesel engines all operate on the same principles..... I expect the reason for the sticker would be because of the higher pressures in the common rail system and the danger of the spraying fuel ..... We need more information...

Please please please be careful if you're going to crack open common-rail injector lines on a running engine! Better yet, don't do it at all!
