Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Dana 60 Front Axle

My brother and I did the nasty job yesterday of installing new rotors,ball joints,u-joints,axle seals,brake calipers. The two worst parts of the job are the passenger side axle seal and installing the u-joints. Started at 9:00 am saturday and finished at 7:00 pm. The way the axle seals are setup is very cheasy on the dana 60. All of the gravel and grit gets into the axle tube and takes out the seals, What a big joke!! The cost of the parts is also kind of expensive, the rotors are $41. 00 a side, the lower ball joints are $55. 00 a side, the upper ball joints are $35. 00 a side, u-joints are $27. 00 a side, the axle seals are $14. 00 a side, brake calipers are $30. 00 a side, but it should be good for a long time now. Oo.
