Dana 70 posi rear with 3.55 gears. It came out of my '98 Dodge Ram 2500. It is in good shape with upgraded Chevy wheel cylinders. It has had Mobil 1 synthetic since new. I replaced it with an axle with different gears. Should be a direct bolt up for 94-2002. $400 obo + shipping

2002 DANA 60 front axle W/OUT CAD and 4.10 gears. Very desirable (and rare) axle because it has larger stronger axle shafts and a stronger passenger side axle tube without the problem prone CAD. Should be a direct bolt up for 94-2002. I purchased to install in my truck, but decided to go a different route. I never installed, but it appears to be a good axle. $900 obo + shipping
Dana 80 Posi-loc carrier 4:10 and up. Worked when swapped out for an ARB a month ago. Make a reasonable offer.
