2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Dana 80 hub seals and spindle nuts

Hey guys!Has any one converted there spindle nuts from the nylock style to the early two nuts and the holy lock washer style? Im not a real fan of plastic ! also Im looking for the best hub seal, Ive got two CR #s neither one I like the looks of. I like real meaty double lip styles. Any help would be Great , Thanks Dave

I've got the parts but haven't put them in yet. They were cheap, I think about $20 bucks total. Considering Dodge wants about $5 for the crummy little metal locks, its a deal.



I have posted the seal numbers for the ones I have been using I think its a national seal. Search for my posts and you will find it.



There are other seals other members have had good luck with a NAPA number.



You can search on "axle nuts" and you will probably find the part numbers for the nuts and holy-lock washer.
