Ignored the ney sayers in 07 and glad I did, but at only 30K in 3 years the new 2010's look expensive. Mine's payed for as well and looks good in the driveway too.

after all the hoopla over the problems with the 6. 7, which i started reading about in the forums right after i purchased my 08 5500. i kept waiting for something to go wrong with the engine, lost sleep, got ulcers and for naught. NOTHING HAS GONE WRONG IN ALMOST 27K MOSTLY CITY DRIVING MILES. in fact the mileage is getting better, it's by far the best towing vehicle i've ever owned! just put 394 roundtrip miles to Yosemite and back today. my german shepherd loved the trip in her truck.
