dash air vent

2000 Dodge 3/4 model. Have turned dash air control off, but air STILL comes out the vents. Any other models there is NO air flow. Any ideas?

Take the glove box out and check to make sure the fresh/recirculate vent is fully shut (it's plain to see).



To take the glove box out, just open it, and grab the back of it (at the top) and push backwards... the back is very flexible and when you push it back it sucks the sides in and it just rolls out...
