Dash Cam

I'm putting in a dash camera and would like to do a neat stealth install. I was wondering if I could power it from the auto dim mirror power. Even if I had to disconnect the mirror from power it would be worth it so not to have an ugly cord running to the lighter socket. Any one tapped into mirror power?

You want the Pink with Dark Green (PK/DG) wire at the mirror. Feeds off fuse 28, 10A. Ground is the black wire.

Thanks for the info, that should do it at 10 amps. Now if I could find the type of connector to plug into the factory one, that would be awesome.

I've watched those Russian dash cam videos a few times and I can't get over how some of them drive.
